Withdrawal Procedure

    

      (1)  Obtain a copy of the Student Withdrawal Form (per child ) from the centre.

​

     (2)  Fill up the form and submit it to the centre at least 1 month in advance.

            ( A compulsory 1 month advance notice is required.)

​

     (3)  The Withdrawal form should be submitted by the 1st of the Withdrawal Month to the centre.

​

     (4)  1 Full Calendar of the Withdrawal Month is required for the Withdrawal Period.

 

     (5)  No offset of fees from the deposit will be allowed for the withdrawal month.  

​​

     (6)  Deposit will be refunded on the last attendance day of the child in the centre.

​​

     (7)  In the event when the 1 month advance notice is not given, the deposit will be forfeited.
